Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4 PM IST are packed and handed to the courier the same working day. Orders after 4 PM go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or during the four days of Durga Pujo.
Delivery estimates
Kolkata and metro cities: 2-3 working days. Tier-2 cities and rest of India: 4-6 working days. North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories: 6-9 working days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every prepaid order, with no minimum value. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹49 handling fee and are available on order values up to ₹5,000.
Packaging and insurance
Every set travels in a velvet pouch inside a rigid box, wrapped in shock-absorbing foam. All shipments are insured against loss and transit breakage at our cost.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the courier scans your parcel. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. Shipping to the UK, US and UAE is planned — join our newsletter to hear when it opens.
