Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We describe every product honestly, including whether it is genuine shell, coral lacquer or laminated brass. Photographs are of the actual product, though natural shell varies slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order where a listing was clearly mispriced. In that case you receive a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel orders where stock has run out, the delivery address is not serviceable, or fraud is suspected.
Intellectual property
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed delivery by a courier.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
