Are your Shakha Pola bangles original?
Yes. Our shakha is carved from genuine conch shell by artisan families in Bishnupur, and our pola uses traditional coral lacquer. Every listing states the exact material, and laminated or polymer-core products are clearly labelled as such.
How do I choose the right size?
Wrap a thread around the widest part of your closed hand, measure it in centimetres and divide by 8 to get the inch size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. Our detailed guide is on the blog.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Kolkata within 24 working hours. Metro cities receive orders in 2-3 days and the rest of India in 4-6 days. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
What if a bangle breaks in transit?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a free replacement immediately. No forms, no arguments.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — 7 days from delivery, provided the item is unworn and the tamper seal is intact. Size exchanges are free once per order.
