Return window
You may return any item within 7 days of delivery provided it is unworn and the tamper seal on the pouch is intact. Bangles that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Size exchange
The first size exchange on any order is free — we pay both courier legs. Request it on WhatsApp with your order ID and the size you need instead.
Damaged or broken in transit
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the broken piece.
Refund timelines
Once your return is received and inspected, prepaid refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. COD refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer within the same window.
Shipping charges, if any were paid, and the ₹49 COD handling fee are not refundable.
Non-returnable items
Custom-sized bridal sets and engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be returned, though breakage replacement still applies.
