Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. When you pay online, the transaction is handled by our payment partner — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, to understand which products people are looking for.
How we use it
Your details are used to process, pack, ship and support your order, and to send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you about new collections and offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your address only with the courier delivering your order.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email care@bhagavtiorna.in and we will respond within seven working days.
